Rigo and the blonde hair woman/ assistant manager has terrible customer service. There was a strand of hair in my food and I was discrete as possible with letting them know. Instead of saying what do you want me to do they automatically assumed I wanted a discount. I honestly just wanted hairless food. When they delivered the second plate there was a short strand wrapped around the plate under the rice. Best Mexican restaurant in the Northeast Columbia area. The service is awesome, always a fun dinner at San Jose.
DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION! The food made our entire family sick. Upon going to the hospital, we found that there was an unknown substance in the food served to OUR CHILDREN. My child got sick on the spot! DHEC will be doing a full investigation into this restaurant and it has been reported to the proper authorities with TESTED and confirmed evidence to what was actually in our meal( I took a sample from the bowl.)
