I had such a horrible experience with this doctor named Roomana Akhtar. She was very unprofessional and argumentative , didn't pay attention to the patient and rushed thru the appointment. This is totally unacceptable and releasing medical information without consent to others. Is this a joke?? Very disappointing the Akhtar does this at Kaiser

Optometrist department is great and nice, the glasses and lenses department is lacking. Was "helped" by someone named Eliza who seemed very unhappy to be there assisting me. I've never bought glasses or contacts before and she made the process very uncomfortable and difficult. Communication and customer service needs work.
