Horrible front desk staff! The lady on the front desk literally shouted at me when asked to connect me directly to my care team. Pathetic, unrespectful behavior.
Sutter is a joke! My car gets more attention at the mechanic than I do when I come there. Asking to do blood work because you feel symptoms is being laughed at by the NP! Saying unless you have this one symptom, we don’t give you any diagnostics. I am scared for my well being of continuing to go to this hospital because you will be belittled and ignored. The receptionists at this location are awful and uncaring. Zero customer service whatsoever. Doctors are professional, understanding and knowledgeable.
If you are on time and don’t get called within 5 min of your appointment, check with the front desk!! I now remember why I stopped coming for annual exams. I arrived 20 min early. Sure there was a problem with my insurance card on file so I had to call and get an updated member ID. That took 6 minutes so I was still on time for my 1pm appointment.
