The care from Dr. Nangia is professional, clear, transparent, pushy and kind. He is not pushy or in a hurry like others. He is organized with his notes since he definitely remembers key points from previous appointments. Also, the office staff members answer questions clearly and approach requests efficiently. Generally, I receive email replies within 3-4 hours on business days. Clear and efficient communication is vital to quality psychiatric care. They communicate excellently!
Dr. Nangia, Katie, Melanie, Areli, & Andrea All really professional, MD really fast responding when you have any questions, and his team is fantastic. Even know that my mom finished her TMS treatment and slightly help her but Dr Nangia still willing to help and advice made us feel that he really cares and still trying to help my mom. I recommended if you are experiencing Severe Depression and you would like to go for a different route then medications.
