Unethical and Unprofessional Business Practices. I had a terrible experience with San Jose Heating and Cooling recently. After I call them to come out to repair my AC unit in June. The initial verbal quote I was given from the technician seemed reasonable just replacing 1 item, but once the work is done, the price suddenly increased 5x without any clear explanation or justification or formal quote prior to performing the work.
