Whats the point of appointment if you are going to make me wait for 1.15 hr? Joke of a place…
I’ve been to a lot of doctors, and no one has earned my trust like Dr. Sajjadi. He has performed several complex and high-stakes procedures on me and my partner, all of which had exceptional outcomes. Dr. Sajjadi is caring and thorough in his approach to patient care, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with complex matters of the ear.
Complete lack of the service for hearing aids. Don't buy hearing aids from them as you will not Be able to get any support from them. I called a few days in a row , they promise to call back but never do. There are a lot of options in Silicon alley, this e is very bad
Very rude front desk. Poor services. Hated how they treat their patients
I contacted them May 6th to request a new patient appointment, and they made one for me July 3rd, I called all the other ENTs that my insurance covered in the area and they were the only one that could fit me in that soon. I called them today June 10th, I called them hoping maybe they had a cancellation, and they told me that since they are no longer going to be taking my insurance as of July 21, they’re not seeing any new patients with my insurance.
