San Jose is awesome. Not only are their staff personable and helpful, but they are SO WILLING to go the extra mile for their customers. I was unable to afford a class ring while I was in school. Three years later, my fiancé and I went to order the ring I had wanted. Not only did San Jose create a customized order for us, but at pick up, they helped my fiancé pull off a significant surprise by calling and playing along AFTER the ring had been paid for and picked up. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this business is.

I had the absolute best experience with San Jose! I was really impressed with their University Collection because I didn't want a boring/traditional ring & they were able to create exactly what I wanted to make the most beautiful and unique piece of jewelry!

The best customer service and warranty policy hands down! Sent in my ring that I purchased in 2011 with a missing stone, turns out the other was damaged too so they replaced both, repaired the ring prongs and got it back to me in 3 weeks for no cost to me other than shipping. It looks like new!
