I've taken this workshop for years now. Tina is by far the best instructor I've had. She took her time with the information, left time for questions, and really drove home the importance of responding immediately in the case of an emergency. It may be just another requirement for some of our jobs, but this gives us the tools we need to actually save lives. Thanks for providing a great service! PS - I also like the updated videos. Much more informative!

I recently took a PALS certification class here and it was a very good experience. The instructor, Eric, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Of all the classes I've done (BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP), this was hands down my favorite.

Wendy was an awesome and engaging trainer. This was by far the most efficient and hands on CPR/BLS training I have had (been to 3).

The entire process, from the online registration through testing, was quick/easy and well organized. The instructor, Karl, was excellent! He made sure to review the material and to make the return demonstrations fun.
