My wife is crazy about organic cleaning. We are using almost only organic things in our life and of course... organic carpet cleaning! But even so, Im thankful to this company! They re doing great job!
I scheduled a carpet cleaning appointment with them very easily. They came to my house the very next day and provided a pretty prompt, but thorough service. My carpets looked great afterwards and the house smelled much better.
Organic were extremely professional. I received appointment conformation and follow-up calls from them. Exceptional customer service, unusual for most companies in the carpet cleaning business I have dealt with! I recommend their services to everyone.
Reliable and caring company. The service operator spent time and did work with care. The carpeting is clean as promised. I appreciate efforts were made to protect furniture properly. Prices ' reasonable!
A couple of months ago we had some remodeling work done and all our carpeted floors were a mess! We were thinking about replacing the carpets, but we decided to first check out the local companies. We called a couple of cleaning companies, but Organic were the first to send out a crew for a free estimate. They looked around and quoted a reasonable price. We decided to hire them and we are glad we did!!! Our carpeting looks like new, and the price was very good for a whole house carpet cleaning.
They removed green candle wax stains from a beige carpet!!! I cannot even say where the spots were!!! They took their time to exhaust all of the options for treating all different types of stains. They were very successful in their efforts on our carpet. They also explained to me how to take care of my carpet and told me not to hesitate to call them if any of the stains comes back. Well, for now I have not had any reason to call them back!!! It has been three weeks and my carpet is still clean and spot-free
I had the carpets in my apartment cleaned by two of their staff in the beginning of last month. My days have been hectic lately so Im kinda late in logging in and writing this little note. Not only did they do a great job, but the two young men were punctual and courteous. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them or the company itself.
Organic did an excellent job on cleaning our carpets. I contacted them for a quote and the job was done within a few hours. Their technicians provided a very fast service and showed courteous workmanship. They also cleaned up everything after they were finished. I will definitely use them again for my regular cleaning needs.
Expertly done job! They were extremely detailed and didnt cut any corners (they cleaned them))). We will recommend them to all our friends.
