So unclean here. found ants IN MY BED, and all in my bathroom. There were balls of hair in the showers. The nurses and staff are sooo unprofessional. They literally talk to us like we are not human, and just idiots. If you ask them a question, they will side-eye you and then say "one minute" and laugh, and never answer. It's like if all the mean girls from ur highschool got a job here. They lost a bunch of my stuff, and I was way worse leaving than going in.
My son is in this horrible place , you can not get through to talk to doctors are get any answers . Calling 10 times a day for 5 days , no return calls ,no one answers ! So frustrating when your trying to get some answers or to relay health care like medications and what’s been going on with him . I have reached out also multiple times a day trying to get through to his social worker to set up alternate visitation hours . I get up at 2 am , there visiting hours during the week are from 8:15 to 9:15 pm . How crazy are these h... read more
Been waiting for a family member an hour and they done nothing but give me the run around! Would not put anyone in this place. Release at 10am its now 11:30 And still waiting such crap . Ended up waiting til 3:30 pm its a shame.
The communication from staff regarding my adolescent was terrible. My child was here 4 days and not once did anyone contact me. I had to consistently call to try to get updates and when i did eventually get a call it was onky about trying to have my child take medication. Trying to call in was irritating because there is noone to answer the phone. It would take several attempts to call to finally get ahold of anyone. The lack of communication is not ok.
