My family has used this vet clinic for years. The vets are honest and will tell things to you how it is, but it is obvious just how much they care for the animals and the owners. I am applying to vet schools and made an appointment with one of the vets just to talk about the good and bad of being a vet. He cared enough to take time out of his day when he could have had a paying client to talk with a concerned vet school applicant.

The staff are very pleasant and patient. The rooms are always clean. Dr. McMillan takes special tenderness with our dogs dealing with painful and difficult issues. He also patiently answers my questions Thank you
Dr Mac has been taking care of our animals for the past 12 + years. We truly trust his opinion and know he has our pet's best interest in mind. All of the staff members are friendly and helpful too!

What a great place, highly recommend this animal hospital, friendly staff and compassionate doctors!!
The doctors are wonderful - but the front office staff are rude and condescending. Specifically an employee named sherry. I have been with these vets for years but am leaving due to poor and rude service.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful care that everyone at SJBAH gives to the animals in their care -- from the ones they've known since they were pups (like my Lucy) to the injured strays that are brought in for help. Highly recommend them to everyone who asks me where they should take their animals.
