I had someone hit my back driver side tail-light and cracked the bumper. My insurance wrote up a bogus estimate via video and photos, after me telling them countless times that the estimate needs to be in person! There were things that were damaged and not seen in photos and videos. SJC was quick to write up a supplemental estimate and forward it to my insurance.
