I wish I would if these reviews before my mom made the appointment here. My mom is 70 and her appointment was at 9:15 and it is 11:15 and still have not seen a doctor. The people at the front man they seem like they need to go home they are so unhappy being here.. This is unreal I take my mom to a lot of doctors and we have never had to wait this long are deal with such DILL pickles...
I have to say I dread going to my mom's doctors appointment. It is the most painful thing to go thru. We lover her doctor but his staff is the most incompetent, most utterly rude people in the world. Specially on of the ladies seating at the far right hand side (front desk) ....They seem so unhappy to work there. Which is fine! but Gee after all the money that I pay to on my insurance and to see them they could be at least more polite.
Waited 2 1/2 hours to see Doctor Arisco. Appointment at 2:30, he walks in at 5 and asks how we are doing!!!! REALLY!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Do you EVEN need to ask!!!!!! One of the uniform people said "not all of the patients usually show up like this" I asked, "so ya'll overbooked?" and she just put her head down, turned and walked away....and don't get me started on the HIPPA violation I saw!!!!!
Not a bad place for an exam. My 92 year old mom is satisifed. Somewhat behind schedule though....
Never going back! Been with them for years and always the same issues. I called to confirm my husbands appointment time and they tell me we cancelled it, when we did no such thing! So they give us another time and hours later still had not been seen, so we left and will never return. They are always hours behind....our time is more valuable than sitting for hours and never being seen.
I think that most of the staff is rude. The staff, in the back, keep patients waiting for an ungodly amount of time, we waited for hours to see the doctor; our appointment was at 8:30 & we didn't leave the doctor office until 1:20! After her surgery, we won't be going back!
