I had an appt scheduled at 10:30 and never got in until 20 minutes to 12:00.. What’s the point of having and appt set up and being treated like a walk in.. Very disappointed in that type of treatment, also I had another appt in Sun City, luckily I had time to get there.. These people at San Jacinto Imaging need to get it together, not a happy camper😩
The young ladies that ran the test on me, were very good.
The staff were polite and professional and I didn’t have to wait very long.
I went this morning as the x Ray machine was down. I felt bad for the staff because others were frustrated but it’s completely out of their hands. The two lady’s in the front were very polite and helpful and the office manager was very polite and kind as well. I hope when stuff like this happens people have to understand it’s not in the staffs hands.
The staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
Friendly staff ...It was my first mammogram and I was very nervous and the Radiologist was very professional and kind ... Appreciated the great patient care provided.
Efficient. Very competent and speedy. A great combination.
Had a MRI done, everyone was very nice and professional.
