Arrive at 11.18 for 11.30 appointment At 12.08 went in to see why we were still waiting, the lady at the desk insisted our appt was for 12.00. I had a confirmation for 11.30. I explained my son has a traumatic brain injury and I was afraid of a meltdown. They said someone would come out soon. We had to wait another 50 minutes for the disk the doctor needed. I didn’t expect to jump ahead of anyone else but if you give me an appointment for 11.30 and tell me to come in 20 minutes before, I expect you to be on time too. Temecul... read more
Took just about 2 hours to get an X-ray... front desk ladies not so pleasant. They don’t even say hello when you walk up to the counter. After waiting an hour in a half I had asked how many more people are there in front of me and the lady sighed and rolled her eyes. Otherwise the X-ray tech was super friendly said hello and conversed with me a bit. So it eased the cold feeling of being there.
Staff are very helpful, friendly and pleasant. No needless waiting. They are organized and systematic in what they, (staff) are doing thereby they delivered services in a timely manner. A special ‘shout out’ to the lady at the reception area who went out of her way..,, searched and found the info of my supplemental insurance. She helped me without feeling annoyed or without making me feel stupid or ignorant! Thank you so very much!
Fast , very professional service in and out but didn’t feel rushed. Staff very friendly.
They were very courteous.the technician was friendly, helpful my procedure took less time and was painless.
