Do not under any circumstance move here. Such a nightmare. We dealt with mold and bugs in unit with no resolve. Staff is absolutely terrible, Todd specifically is not helpful at all, never answers phones or emails, and claims he is “working on too many projects” to send me contact information for upper management claiming “he is management” and playing dumb. I would have given them a better review, I enjoyed my time there for the most part, tho getting a maintenance order filled was hard to come by. HOWEVER, UPON MOVE OUT: I hired a professional cleaner, I moved everything out. Took pictures, the place looks x10 better than when I moved in. They are still trying to charge me $1500 for cleaning and repair fees, but there is less to no damage other than when I moved in. I also have an invoice from the cleaning company. Hello Management or owners I am a tenant here and I am very, very upset every time I walk in the office there’s always a child running around almost drop me since y’all got this new manager in. She is very dirty. I have photos of the office if you would like to see them is it not this is so uncalled for considering all the rent that we are being charged.
