Hi my name is Candace I am a resident at the San Gabriel apartment’s and I have been for a few yrs. I recommend these apartments to live at. The property is very well kept safe for children of all ages. There are 2 different play scapes for age appropriate a full basketball court. The manager and assistant manager are very kind, respectful, caring, cheerful, helpful and positive women. The maintenance man is kind, good listener to what you need has a lot of respect for others. Easyy to work with and get along and will help you in any way possible. They're also very respectable people.
We have a problem with parking out visitors. Have no place to park.the visitors parking spots are used by other residents with two cars so are visitors get towed!!!! And have to pay 271dollars the parking rules need to be reviewed we should be able to have guests with out having to worry that their cars will be gone when they come to see us and check to make sure that we are alright and bring us medication and other things that we need it is just not right!
