From an out of state vet this place has great staff, effecient communication, and they do their best to help.
One Star. The administration at this facility is actively obstructing care. My treatment requires specialized laser hardware to prevent scarring on Fitzpatrick VI skin—equipment that SFVA Dermatology has explicitly stated they lack. Instead of sending me to a community specialist who has the right tools (as required by law), leadership is forcing me into a senseless 'do-over' loop. I don't like the location. It's hard to get to. Plan on driving around 15 minutes to find parking and walking.
Lab hours fluctuate and it's always hard to get any progress done. Not much to offer for many Vets. Ft. Miley might be far but at least you are taken care of or see someone. Would be great to post Lab hours online to best accommodate Vets with a timely fashion.
I can't ask for more, except perhaps some withholding of judgement... But of course,...it could be me, the silence when I enter the place and say "hi" and get no reply ... Otherwise, the place is doing it's job...
