I had one of my best experience at this dealership. Michael D was very professional and was detailed to my needs. I didn't felt I was rushed into purchasing a car. Michael took the time to show me the choices and the cars pros and cons. By the time I bought my Camry I felt I was well informed doing so. Customer service is second to none. Many thanks to Anthony Dom, Edwin Tan, and Ritsa Shone for making our Tacoma purchase such a positive experience. I had decided to buy a brand new vehicle only so I could get the new safety features. I was VERY CLEAR what I was looking for and had been to the dealer serveral times prior to purchase. I even went in with a print out from true car of the vehicle that had everything i needed. They sold me a different vehicle that has no navigation, blind spot or several other items listed on the vehicle I wanted. They held back the vehicle I was buying until i had completed the sale.
