RecommendedMade the appointment, show up promptly, told job would take 1:30 hr. Job finished on time. Given a 10% discount per coupon, no time for free car wash. Credit for free car wash would be applied for our next visit in May 2019. I do have my service done here since I owned it in 2013!

Very bad experience tried to sell me a new car with scratches and when I refused the said they could swap the bumper off of another car, kept me waiting forever and when I walked out the chases me in the parking lot and the sales man called me twice, then the sales manager called and couldn’t seem to understand how what they were proposing was just wrong. Drove straight to Toyota 101 in Redwood City and bought a nicer car off the lot with a better deal. Very happy that I walked.

Car prices excellent. Finance poor and pushy. Wait is hours on end to get a car, but I assume this is everywhere. I have bought two Prius cars there and would buy there again.

I worked with sales agent Jacky Ma. I came in on a Thursday and told him I wanted to buy a 2017 Prius. By Saturday I owned a new car! The process was easy, efficient and professional. I got a good price both on the new car and my 2007 Prius trade-in. I've been a satisfied service customer for years and I'm very happy with my experience here buying my new car.
