I had actually wanted to buy a Honda but the whole experience at Toyota of San Francisco on Geary Blvd. was so easy effortless and satisfying that I would go back and buy another car from them. Kudos to Tani and Sabrina in the Internet Fleet Dept. and Donald Hong in the Loan Dept. Thank you, I love the car.
Their showroom was a madhouse. Our salesman took us to two other lots looking for the car we came to see. They couldn't find it. Then the manager yelled at the salesman. We were glad to get out of there.

Called ahead of time to arrange a test drive. Drove up for the test drive. No one could find the car after searching for 45 minutes. Was told I'd be contacted the next day. No one followed up for 4 days and then I was told the car had been sold.
