Our experience was great! The purchase was for our daughter. Kyle was our sales rep. He took time to answer our questions sincerely. He took extra care and time with my daughter to get her totally orgnaized with her paperwork and all the tech features in the car. If I purchase another toyota it will be from Kyle at SF Toyota. Looking for Limited with technology package, dynamic cruise control is a must!! Said they would get back to me, still waiting.

Dealer responded prompt to my inquiry. Unwilling to reduce asking price. I told him no. Then, following weeks reduced asking price twice. Disappointed.
