Was trying to get a deal working on a Thursday. Communication stopped. Then the person I was working with was off over the weekend, and didn't offer to have anyone else work with me. The vehicle ended up getting sold over the weekend. Frustrating experience when you are from out of town.
My experience was great, with the exception of having to wait 90 minutes before I was able to sign the paperwork. Ryan Dong was AWESOME in explaining process and car features and on the test drive in SAN FRANCISCO! Christian was very helpful, too. I would recommend buying a car from this dealership.
Had an appt with one of the staff members at 10am today. Drove 3 hours to my 10am appt scheduled by him and his assistant...both staff members had the day off when i arrived. Saw the vehicle, loved it. Salesman and his manager did not really help in working with me. Didnt budge on negotiating price and offered me a 7% interest rate even with 25% down. Not too happy with any of my experience.

they did baite and switch can was for $7900 when i called then they said its$8900 and they made a mistake in the add and they can not honor the price they are scam and zero customer serevive

Great experience even though we ended up not purchasing a car from them. They were prompt in their response & did not badger me. We came from San Jose so they texted me current photos & the car fax. If Aziz didn't have the answer his manager did. Great guys. They are very knowledgeable & helpful! We would purchase a car from them in the future.
