Absolutely no one wants to hear Billy Bob Thornton voice when they call a hospital, no one! Why not hire someone from San Francisco to voice your hold message instead of sling blade/bad Santa with the heavy kentucky accent? Also, maybe coordinate security so patients don't have to walk the longest distance between different buildings only to be strip searched again and again to receive health care.

Great care in the hospital, stayed for six nights. The bill was absolutely horrendous (over $100k) but over 90% of it was wiped without me even needing to formally file a discount request. As far as I’m concerned, they’ve done right by me.
