San Francisco Gyrotonic® exists as a healing sanctuary for all seeking to enhance their health and quality of life. We believe that everyone has the capacity to manifest and maximize their heath, and thus we support the self-empowering and transformational process of our students and clients. We offer training on all Gyrotonic® equipment, group Gyrokinesis® classes, and we are also an international teacher training center. We have some of the best trainers in the Bay area.
