Typical. Bunch of women with attitudes talking over people on the phone lines. Placing calls on hold and sending to voicemail when they don't want to do their job.
IT İS A EXPERIMENT CENTER!!! Do not sign any paperwork before you read it. It’s not a clinic. They collect your medical data, background, your family medical data, your ancestry, your origin, your nationality, your color, your race, your grandfather, and grandmother,‘s nationality, where do your parents live now, they have been in United States? Are they alive? Do they pass away? ETC… They even trying to get your fingerprint but you don’t have to, but it says on the paperwork do not sign it. Of course it connects to UCSF.
