RecommendedI switched from B of A to San Francisco Federal Credit Union several years ago (just after the "bail out") and never looked back. I was asked at the time, why I was closing my account with B of A my response was "You really need to ask?" I've always gotten stellar service both online and any time I visit an office. The fact that it's community based banking, not beholden to "share holders" but it's members, makes all the difference to me.
