I’ve been going to The Dentist Group for about nine years, and they’ve honestly helped me completely turn my oral hygiene around. Friendly staff is available and forthright on getting insurance information and scheduling appointments. Hygienist is efficient and Dr. through.

2 Stars (would be 5 without the cancellation fee policy) The service itself has been great, but I was disappointed by the cancellation fee policy. I booked a Tuesday cleaning and emailed on Monday as soon as I realized I had a scheduling conflict. They explained there is a $95 fee for cancellations within 48 hours, and a $325–$588 fee if canceled within 2 hours of the appointment. I understood the policy and tried to rearrange my schedule. First time to visit THE Dentist group. Scheduled easily online and also linked in with Insurance seamlessly. My stop was at the Gough Location which is easiest for me, but the additional location is available as another option. Great 1st evaluation and cleaning. Billing super clear and transparent.Glad I was able to connect and find my new spot.
