After my first visit, I was told I needed a deep cleaning, fillings, Invisalign, and more frequent cleanings — all at once and well beyond what my insurance would cover. I called to say I wanted to hold off until I spoke with my dental insurance and responded to their text to cancel when prompted. They still charged a $75 late fee and refused to make an exception. I had my first appointment at The Dentist Group with Dr. Helen DeFrancesco, DDS, and I couldn't be more pleased! After some time since my last cleaning, I must admit I was a bit anxious, but Dr. DeFrancesco was incredibly delicate and thorough, making the experience very comfortable.
