After so many dentist mishaps, finally a dentist office I can trust. Josh and Helen are pros, and the office staff is 10/10. They take care of insurance and other paperwork without me ever needing to get involved. They also CNC crowns in the office while you wait. The future is now.
Professional, quick, clean, and good availability for scheduling. Worked with my insurance (aetna) painlessly, covered my 5 yr full xray panel today
Dr. Berd is a calm and thorough dentist. He explained the process of a new crown to me. He & his staff did an excellent job with the entire procedure. Their modern, airy office is welcoming in every way, and even Chip, the Bernese Mountain Dog / Poodle mix “office dog,” welcomes patients with a waggly tail! They even offer the option for watching streaming services during the downtime while the crown is being manufactured onsite. A 5-star experience!
Due to past trauma with a whack Dentist about 28ish years ago, I haven’t been to the Dentist. Well that has changed today. I was referred by my boss to The Dentist Group on Gough Street. I was filled with anxiety on my way to the office. I was warmly welcomed by the receptionists, and was promptly taken to the “chair”. I was greeted by Alex, Dr. Helen’s Assistant.
