Service was actually provided earlier than my actual appointment by 15 - 20 minutes. Chris , the audiologist is well prepared, well organized and gave clear concise instructions I rate them 10 out of a possible 10.
Chris Nicklo, manager of SF Audiology's Sonoma office, is a delight to work with. He's extremely competent, very patient and explaines everything in plain english. I highly recommend him.
