This company is by far a company I would ever recommend to anyone! If I could give negative stars I would. Since purchasing my home in 2020 and making my mortgage payments, they have failed to contact me with any situations unless I contact them AFTER receiving communication from my lender advising me insurance matters are NOT being addressed by this insurance agency. I’ve been San Fernando insurance for 13 years I’ve followed them every time I’ve had over 7 cars insured with them.Patti has always taken care of everything for me a simple email she gets everything done. I just added another car this morning and I have my insurance cards already. Can’t bet the service thank you patti for so many years of giving us amazing service.
Had to everything myself the brooker patti was never in contact with me and refused to let me know anything that was changing until i called her. My home insurance was paid twice because the brooker failed to let the mortgage company know that my balance was being transferred from my existing policy. Now im out 2000$ and im just supposed to wait. The brooker makes commission off of you and doesnt want to help at all.
