I submitted an application for this apartment complex because they told me that they had two bedroom units available upon completing my application and pay the application fee the lady lied and said that there were no units available and then I will be put on a very long waiting list they are very unprofessional rude inconsiderate uncaring company I simply asked for my application fee back considering they did not include this in their website nor on their application! I had a couple pieces of vertical blinds down because they are cheap and break so easy so they send out letters to tell people and charge 25.50 for the letter!!!!! I think they drive around and find things to send letters out for the 25.50 ! This is considered low income housing at 900.00 a month!!!
This place is disgusting. Trash everywhere. Roaches, scorpions and termites. Don’t move here unless you want to be miserable. The current workers in the office don’t care about their residents. The only one who ever seemed to help was Ashley but she’s gone.
The location is great,the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are affordable and you can tell the staff really takes care of the place.

If you are looking for a new apartment, check this place out! My move in date isn't for a month but I am already absolutely in love! The grounds are beautiful! The apartments (more like townhouses if you ask me :) ) are immaculate and sooooo worth every penny and some. Then there is management. AMAZING! I have lived here for 2 years going on 3 years. The maintenance are very nice and get things done in a timely manner. Had a few bumps going through the recertification process but in the long run it paid off and Ashley took care of us. The staff has always been so kind, friendly and patient! We love living here and the rent is so affordable! If you go in to talk to anyone about renting here make sure you ask for Ashley she's an amazing person, so friendly and she will take care of you! �
