Amazing world famous zoo The San Diego Zoo is by far the best in the nation and perhaps the best in the world. One of only two locations in the United States with giant pandas, this zoo has truly earned its world famous reputation. Visiting not only allows you to see amazing animals in extremely well engineered habitats, but your admission, food, and souvenir purchases help to support zoological research that will save these animals in the wild.

World class zoo The San Diego zoo is a world class zoo. The exhibits are built for the animals, not the spectators. You may not always see the animal, but it is the closest to the animals natural environments I have ever seen in a zoo. Check out the pandas!

I have always found the grounds very clean, and the staff helpful and friendly. No wonder people from all the world love to visit the SD Zoo!!

Absolutely amazing! I went here a couple of years ago and I had an unbelievable time here. I had high expectations of this place based on everything I had heard about it and it still blew me away. I just had so much fun in so many different parts of the park. The whole park was immaculate and the staff was firendly and helpful. The ticket price was very reasonable when you consider how big this place is. The monkey section was great because their living area kind of wraps around the walkway that you walk along. The polar bea... read more

zoo Prefect place for a family outing that is not only an enjoyable place to be at but also and educational place especially for young kids. The park is well kept and clean. There is a lot of parking and the area surrounding the park is just as great as the zoo itself.

A Great Place to Spend A Day The Zoo is an amazing attraction for all ages. There are many exhibits filled with rare and endangered animals. The Panda exhibit is one of a kind, as well as the Polar Bears. The exhibits always have creative ways to show animals in their natural habitats.

San Diego Zoo A world class zoo by every standard. A very nice place to take your family. The animal selection was complex and interesting. They cover many different types of environments and habitats. There are suppose to be 4000+ animals in this zoo I saw at least a few 100. You need at least 1 full day to enjoy this zoo.

ZOO This zoo is pretty great. Make sure you wear tennis shoes because there is a lot of walking and many of it is at an incline. The exhibits are nice and well kept. It does get crowded but not to a point where it's unpleasant. The price of food inside the park isn't unreasonable, they have really great kids meals that include a free bucket - which is great if your kids can't eat the whole meal all at once or it's good for carrying those little suvinears. The gift shops are beautiful, a variety of gifts. Once a year they hav... read more
