Keep changing the appointment on my 72 year old mom who is in severe pain

I was given the run around from my primary care doctor and was treating me for various illnesses not life threatening. Cardiologist was just a sad. During that time I had numerous TIAs and a stroke. Enter Dr. Chang. Both carotid arteries clogged beyond 80%.. In a week one side fixed with surgery...4 weeks later second side done...lots of pain but the end results were amazing. He's so easy to talk to. Very blunt and informative. I'd gladly suggest him to anyone. He'll even get a Christmas card !!
Dr Chang is awesome! He implanted a Bard power port into my jugular vein. And did a venous ablation. Neither of which were enjoyable. He goes over and beyond for his patients. So those complaining about wait time need to understand that.
