I started going here when I was beginning my physical therapy journey and I can say from my experience with them and another place after I left there I am smart enough to know a bunch of jerks when I spot them and the therapist that slapped me on my knee is the worst and annoying jerk! They made me do excersizes like I was there age not 60 years old with severe arthritis in my right knee! I went here to help with injured knees. I left with an even worse knee. I was put on a leg press machine but the "physical therapist" didn't change the weight and I was under the impression thats what I had to do. I pressed so much weight it ended up making this knee weaker and I still feel it almost a year later. This is serious negligence and you need to give CLEAR, QUICK and CONCISE instructions on these machines because you will get someone like me who trusts you, is told where to sit and what to do. This company did not do anything for my sciatic nerve damage pain. They would give me exercise or stretch to do and then walk off and not make sure I was doing it with the correct form. A therapist does not individually work with you, but gives you something to do and then walks off. They also canceled an appointment on a Monday due to the therapist being sick and at that time confirm that my appointment Friday was still on.
