I have been going to Spine & Sport for a while now. I have a bad lower back and Spine & Sport Physical Therapy really helps me. At first I didn't want to go there but the Therapist are very very helpful and very friendly. The exercise that they give me really helps my lower back. Gary is highly personable and customizes daily sessions based on your needs. He’s not afraid to challenge you in a good way and makes you believe change and improvement is possible. Really grateful for practitioners like him!
The S&S physical therapists tailored a home exercise routine that addresses my personal conditions and abilities perfectly. I recommend them without reservation.
I have work with everyone on the team and all of them are awesome. Patient and nice but they push you at your level. I highly recommend for anyone looking to improve there physical limitations!
