Elena has “the touch.” She is a professional, highly credentialed massage therapist, and I could not recommend her more highly.
Elena is wonderful! She's professional, and knowledgeable about sports injuries and rehab, and cares about the clients. I haven't used her as a personal trainer, but will if I can find time as it would be complimentary to have the training/recovery tied together. She's been a great option for my kids to get a recovery session on during a tournament weekend or as support through an injury.
