What a joke this place is!!!! I've been clean almost 6 years and come back positive for cocaine?!? I wasnt even a cocaine user!! This place needs to be shut down
Would give 0 stars if possible. Clinic has been getting false positives left and right from multiple patients. I have been clean & started testing positive for fentanyl on and off for the past 6 months. There is no metabolite either, meaning it is contamination. They will refuse to speak to any patient & the lady will rudely tell you that they can do nothing & will not talk to patients. You are messing with peoples lives. Karma is real.
They don't follow procedures dictated by the dot or any kind of federal guidelines. The don't use a chain of custody or anything to identify a sample until its been pasted through several hands and don't train their client in proper procedure in any kind of way they open up themselves and more so their clients for major litigation
Yup I wasn’t surprised to see that a lot of people have had positive tests from this place because I’ve been clean for over 5 yrs from anything. And out of the blue I get morphine in my test. How does that happen. It shouldn’t. PEOPLE PLAYING GAMES!! What you sow you reap!!
I've been clean for 5 years and I just popped up dirty for fentanyl!!!! This place gives false positive results!!!
