I asked to stop receiving emails and texts because I am not interested in buying, just was using a site to look at homes for after graduation. An employee, Scott Taylor, CA DRE# 01362400 NMLA# 1266710, responded with, "All you have to say is unsubscribe to me- its not rocket science. Poor people, who cant buy in San Diego, are always so angry, its funny. Good luck." Unbelievably bad customer service and discriminatory. Is that how y'all run your business? Absolutely shameful.

Scott and his team were amazing from start to finish. From the initial first contact, to chatting about options, applying online from our smart phone, having our credit run free, him laying out our options, I can't say enough. As a first time home buyer, with a great job, but little money to use for a down payment or closing costs, I didn't know what to expect. But, after closing on my home in Santee, with very little money out of MY pocket, I am now a happy home owner.

Scott and his team were awesome. We had a VA loan, wanted to take some cash out and drop our rate, and accomplished both. It was refreshing dealing with someone who's local, I can call, text, and is responsive.
