Chad and his team helped me to buy my dream home in Carmel Valley in Dec.2019. Starting with Pre-Approval Letter, and finally with Mortgage Loan. They were very professional and efficient. We were able to reach them on Sunday morning and get financial documents in order to send an offer. They even called seller, later on, to make the offer even stronger by informing them that they are local company, and direct lander.
