Avoid stress and do not use this company - as a property management firm or to rent from. Andrew was completely dissmissive of my concerns regarding my deposit. Upon move in I told Nate Cornell during our inspection that the blinds were damaged. He laughed it off saying "only tell us about something serious." I moved out recently and Andrew stated new blinds will be paid for with my deposit.
