Recommended5 Stars Howard and his team managed our property for more thank 10 years and then sold the property for us just recently. Couldn’t ask for a more responsive, professional, genuinely caring team. We have had rental properties in other states over the years and the only property manager I would wholeheartedly refer a friend to is SDPPM.
RecommendedI literally couldn't say enough nice things about the owner of SDPPM my friend Howard Boehm. He's professional, efficient, and most of all caring. He treats the tenants like they were gold while at the same time making sure everyone pays on time and keeps the properties well maintained while at the same time servicing his owner clients like his very livelihood depended on them. Seriously folks.. SDPPM is the place you want to contract with as an owner and the the place you want to rent from as a tenant.

Most professional property management company ever! I am a renter, but I would recommend SDPPM to anyone searching for a long term property manager.
