Sent a notice that payment was due, even after insurance had already taken care of it. Seems like an intentional scam to make you pay twice.

The billing company San Fiego Pathology is a joke. They have failed to bill my insurance correctly. I have called them 11 times going back to Aug. 2023 with no resolution. Each time the mailing address, insurance group # is wrong. I ask for a bill with their tax ID and procedure code so I can file my own insurance claime. Each time they say they will mail me a new bill within 3-5 business days, I have never received anything. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
