The staff who I met were capable, professional and the level of friendly that I like in a health care environment.
I'd been asking around for a long time for a referral for a dentist as I had recently relocated. Quite frankly no one I asked seemed to have anything nice to say about their dentist. I then broke a crown and needed to see someone sooner rather than later and finally was referred by a colleague to Dr. Kaiser at Smiles by Design. They got me in in a timely manner. Amazing Dentist and Entire Staff!!! Dr. J and his staff are the best in their field!!! I used to have panic attacks about going to the dentist (very bad experiences as a child)...I literally waited 15 years to go to the dentist because of the past experiences!!! Now I can't wait to see them all and to get my teeth cleaned and fixed if needed!!! Dr. J has made me the smile I've always wanted!!!
