After multiple interactions with the Rules & Regulations department, I feel compelled to share my experience. Each time I’ve called, I’ve been met with a dismissive and condescending attitude that makes it uncomfortable to ask even basic questions. This is a department agents should feel confident reaching out to for guidance. Instead, the tone and lack of professionalism have made me question whether I want to continue being part of this board.
