Ditto Trevor’s comment but I would add that the ‘wait’ music just gives me anxiety - I actually just got in my car and drove over there (while still ‘On hold’) 🤔
I've been a member since 2015 and am wondering how they've managed to become so disorganized. Quality of service is so disappointing and has gotten consistently worse over the past several years. 2 years ago their executives stole almost $2m from our due's to fund personal trips, dinners, and other payouts. Leadership needs a complete overhaul.
Why does SDMLS SPAM everyone without an unsubscribe link on each email? Why does SDMLS never have call in support? Why do they charge fees not owed to them? Why do they steal money and award them in lawsuits?
So grateful for the local support!
