Incredible service. I called the store for help and ended up having sebastian help me figure out logistics via text over the next 2 weeks, even on his off days. Every single potential issue - helping us find alternative diamonds we were happy with, assessing if we could afford a custom band, and overnight shipping were all promptly addressed by sebastian.
