SDJA was a great experience!! The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I was put on a wait-list and persistently emailed Norma to check if any slots opened up for the following session. Persistence paid off and a spot did open up for me. I attended a few sessions and eventually a spot opened up for my wife. She loved it as well. Wonderful experience with the engagement ring making class! She was attentive and helped make them as custom as possible.
Where do I even begin? When my husband and I got engaged, we were inspired to make our wedding bands together. Norma came highly recommended, and we quickly found that SDJA is one of the only places around that does a program like this for couples. I never write one-star reviews, but I feel it’s important to share that you may never get a response back. I was told I’d be admitted from the waitlist and that new beginner sessions would open in a few months and I would be placed in that group but I never heard anything even after following up multiple times. I finally received a response two years later after trying on social media (didn’t get a response for 5 months there but was told if I emailed then I was on the wait list which was a lie). I can’t even begin to describe how incredible Norma was helping us design, create and cherish these one of a kind rings for this one of a kind experience. The entire process from start to finish was so incredible and was such an amazing part of our wedding journey. 100% highly recommend!!
