The Doctor only showed up for 10mins in 1st consultation. Then when i asked to see him every 2 months, they said Doctor doesnt have time to see me. I DIDNT PAY FOR SEEING ASSISTANTS. =============================================== Update on 11/24/2025 The doctor called back himself to schedule follow-up appointments every two months to check my progress. It turns out the assistant hadn’t communicated well — the doctor is actually very nice.

I just have to give a huge shout-out to the team at San Diego Invisalign! I flew in from Texas for my final appointment, and just my luck, Dr. Duncan, who I was supposed to see, was out sick that day—a super rare occurrence, he’s awesome. I was honestly panicked because I no longer live locally, and rescheduling wasn’t really an option. But Dr. Eshem, who I hadn’t even met before (he’s the one who opened the practice), stepped in personally. He rearranged the schedule and made sure I could be seen.
