The office has had some issues with their other departments like answering phones or getting referrals. However, after I informed them of the issues they were all over it. I normally see Amanda Amini and she's always been great; super responsive and extremely thorough. When Dr. Upton needed to get involved directly he was also very thorough and easy to deal with. I know they're working out the office issues, but the medical staff and treatment from them is the best.
