Only gave instructions on phone - nothing in writing.. Referred by Sharp but they did not have access to my records. Woman who scheduled was rude. Person who checked me in was incompetent.
Courteous! Direct, which led to on time, in and out, CT Chest Scan. It took us longer to park than the CT Chest Scan!
This was my fifth MRI, and I can confidently say that SDI in Kearny Mesa provided the best experience I've ever had. Alvin, my MRI technician, was absolutely fantastic—super friendly, highly communicative, and kept me informed every step of the way. He let me know when each image was about to start, how long it would take, and how much time remained overall. His excellent communication completely eased my claustrophobia and made the process so much more comfortable. Thank you for the outstanding experience!
This service is incredibly frustrating. Calling during advertised business hours (8 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday) results in a message stating to call back during normal hours. This circular logic needs to be fixed.
I’m writing this review to highlight my amazing experience! Donna the tech and her assistant Alex took amazing care of me. I had a CT with contrast and I was having awful anxiety and they calmed me down throughout the entire experience - they even held my hand. Thank you for everything!
