Today I visited the Kearny Mesa SDI location. I have a very unique situation going on, I am in pain, and Melanye C. was at the front desk assisting me. She was extremely caring, helpful, and went above and beyond to make me feel like I was important. Always very pleasant and efficient.
This place was amazing. My sister has special needs and they were able assist us. They were very patient and understanding. Candace and Lisa were so much help. We grateful and appreciate their attention. The registration process was quick and easy. The facility was very clean.
Honestly the staff was amazing. It was my first MRI and they were very comforting. Smooth process. My only complaint is that they don't validate parking.
Very clear on what was expected and what was going to take place.
