My experience here today was excellent! The staff, the assistant and the mri tech all excellent! I've been coming here almost every year for the past 6 years and of course the 1st time was scary. Today Candice and Jorgen made it the best experience for me, from the check in to the staff to going in for my mri! Thank you all for your professionalism and kindness and a very non stressfull mri. I had a great experience here and hope this positive review balances out the puzzling negative ones. The facility is very clean, the waiting area and imaging rooms spacious and comfortable, and the people who work there are friendly and customer-focused. To the best of my knowledge, it also seems the equipment is state-of-the-art. And no waiting...I was even taken in before my appointment time (shout out to Alec (sp?)--who even thought to bring a heated blanket while I was in the gown and was so pleasant). Horrible!!! Waited 3 weeks for them to cancel my mother's MRI. Waited on hold for up to 90 min at a time. That is the norm for them. Reason for cancellation, didn't receive the Drs orders that were written in August of 2024! They stated that the orders were wrong, ONLY AFTER I called almost daily and waited for them for 3 weeks (checked with Drs office, the orders were correct!). They lied to us! Awful …1.5 hrs later I left without any imaging…I waited one year to get clear through insurance…the system is broken
