The absolute worst customer service I have ever been subjected to in my life. DO NOT USE THIS business. I cannot stress this enough.
Customer service is horrible. Do not waste your time. Just awful!
I had a great experience at San Diego Imaging in Kearny Mesa. The location is very convenient, which made the visit even easier. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the technicians were kind and took the time to explain everything clearly. The facility was bright, clean, and well-maintained, and my MRI appointment started right on time, which I really appreciated. It would be even better if SDI Kearny Mesa also offered PET/CT services.
I have been twice and both times everyone is friendly and very quick. I recommend going here, I had MRI and an X-ray.
