This review is for SDI's Kearny Mesa location off Frost St. Good lord, I've never met receptionists so rude and so put off by people running late. Been coming here for years and two times I was running late due to circumstances out of my control (otherwise I would've been 15 mins early). I was grilled why I was 5 mins late and then another time for being 1(!) minute late. Grilled to the point of tears both times. I refuse to go to this location for imagining now. It has changed names to North county radiology and under its new name it has performed very poorly in regard to customer service and calling potential patients back with answers to questions that patients have. I would say you should have your doctors send your business elsewhere. I have called so far three times over a period of two weeks with the promise that they will get back to me.

My experience with San Diego Imaging itself was wonderful I got a money order for my co-pay into the office where I received services and I keep getting bills even though I call each time tell them when I paid that I have a receipt and money order and now I’m getting a final bill they’re going to send it to a collection agency when this has been paid since I got the first bill
