Hi, I have had a couple of therapy sessions with Meredith. I recommend her! She helped me a lot with my healing. Very pleasant to talk to, plus her energy and vibration is so light. If it hasn’t been some changes happening in my life right now, I would have had couple of sessions more with her. She is also empathetic, she listens, and not judge you. Meredith helped me gain valuable perspective in working through some fears that kept coming back. I’ve learned useful and simple tools that have been very helpful in overcoming those fears and learning how to work through them. Meredith made me feel comfortable immediately, gave helpful instructions on how she works, listened intently, gave thoughtful feedback and I would highly recommend working with her!
